Marketing company presses ahead with Quebec legal claim

 

The long-running legal dispute between Montreal's T.2 Marketing and the Ottawa online gambling software company Rival Gaming, associated company 6300511 Canada Inc., and four individual Canadian citizens named in the court documents is still in progress, with no settlement at present, according to T.2's legal representative, Gordon Levine of Kugler-Kandestin LLP.

The case is detailed and listed under Quebec Superior Court, case number 500-17-046150-085 and concerns claims for professional services rendered by T.2 Marketing to the software company (see previous InfoPowa report).
