iPoker's latest online tournament winner took home $434 000


iPoker network's recent $2 million guaranteed online poker tournament produced major six figure rewards for the top five finishers this week, including a whopping $ 434 000 winner's purse to "lekimmd."

The event attracted 1 380 players whose buy-ins boosted the guaranteed prize-pool of $2 million by a further $70 000 in the competition, which lasted for 14 hours. The network was clearly pleased with the response to the tournament and plans further $2 million guaranteed events.

"The $2 Million tournament generated amazing interest among our players, who competed for months for a chance to make it to the money," said Titan Poker Manager, Robin Steele. This week's tourney produced major payouts for the top five players around the final table. "fishface1" collected the last of the six figure payouts for his fifth placing at $103 500, and even the first elimination from the nine seat final table took home $28 980.
