Unibet instant multi-millionaire can take the money home
 

The Dutch government may have set its face against online gambling in the Netherlands, but when it comes to welcoming the hard cash won at online operations, it appears to be quite happy for its citizens to bring it home.

Early last month a 33-year-old Dutch woman player in Utrecht, MB hit the jackpot at European gambling group Unibet's Mega Fortune slot for Euro 4.3 million, becoming Unibet's biggest ever winner.

Her haul eclipsed the Euro 1.1 million won by Nils, a 43-year-old Norwegian, on Unibet's Arabian Nights slot in January this year.

This week the Dutch government confirmed that the woman would be allowed to keep the big win.
