ex-Google Scandinavia exec to help achieve
expansion ambitions
The Malta licensed but Scandinavian targeted online
gambling group Betsafe has appointed Johan Kinnander,
the CEO of Glife AB, to its board of directors.

networking venues - Kinnander was CEO of Google
Scandinavia and worked for AD Pepper Media. He is an
ackowledged expert in online marketing who has
established and built a number of successful companies
in the Nordic market.
"I believe that Betsafe's business will increase
extensively in the coming years and I hope I can
contribute with my knowledge and network to help them
make this trip as smooth as possible," Kinnander
remarked.
Henrik Persson Ekdahl, Betsafe's CEO, said: "We are very
satisfied with the recruitment of a board member with
such a long and thorough experience of [the] Internet
business. Johan's background contributes exactly the
right competence that we need to be able to successfully
grow our already strong Nordic market. We intend to
strengthen the board with at least 2 more significant
members during 2008. Johan will be a board member in the
