ALDERNEY CERTIFICATE FOR CTXM
31 July 2009
Gambling software developer intends securing
approval from other jurisdictions, too
Online gambling software developer CTXM has achieved an
associate certification from the Alderney Gambling
Control Commission, and has plans to continue acquiring
approvals from other licensing jurisdictions.
The Alderney licence allows CTXM to provide its products
and services to online gambling operators working in
areas covered by the AGCC, says CEO Udy Yosha.
“Each market has its own specific regulations" the CTXM
exec explained this week. "In order to meet the needs of
our partners working in regulated markets, CTXM plans to
continue the licensing process with selected
jurisdictions.
"CTXM is in a unique position,
possessing both ISO certification by Lloyds and
consistency with SEI’s CMMI software maturity model. Our
products are tested and certified on a constant basis by
Itch Lab, an independent, recognized laboratory.
Therefore, we are ready for any changes made by
regulatory bodies to controls of the remote gambling
industry.”
