DRAGONFISH AND PROBABILITY TEAM ON INTERNATIONAL MOBILE GAMBLING VENTURE

Multi-year partnership will address markets in China, South and Central America
 

The AIM-listed mobile gambling company Probability plc has teamed with 888.com's B2B division Dragonfish in a venture to provide mobile gambling to markets in China, South and Central America.

In the multi-year deal, Probability and Dragonfish will develop and execute opportunities for mobile gaming and mobile lottery services in a number of territories in a partnership based on the complementary strengths of the two companies. Probability will provide the mobile-specific technologies required for any engagement, whilst Dragonfish will deploy its expertise in business development, marketing, service and management of the contracts globally.

Revenues generated from commercial opportunities will be shared between the companies.

Probability CEO Charles Cohen said: "The signing of this agreement underpins Probability's status as the leading end-to-end supplier of mobile gaming and mobile lottery technology and services. It also represents a leap forward for our nascent business-to-business offering, giving us fast track access to global markets with a highly reputable and capable partner.
