RUSSIAN ACTION FOR TITAN POKER
25 July 2008
Popular iPoker site launched Russian version
The Playtech-powered online poker site Titan Poker.com
announced the launch of its Russian language site this
week, offering software, Web site and support services
in Russian and bringing the Titan Poker language
variations up to 12, including English, Danish, German,
French, Finnish, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish,
Spanish and Swedish.
Robin Steele, manager of the popular site said: "We take
special care and effort to accommodate all of our
players. We want them to have the best quality online
experience possible. Adding additional languages such as
Russian is just one example of how we pay attention to
players' suggestions."
Steele says that his site has seen a significant
increase in players from Russian-speaking countries as
it has expanded its cash-table and tournament offerings.
"Instead of having those players read the site in
foreign languages they may be unfamiliar with, Titan
Poker felt it necessary to translate the entire Web site
and launch its software in Russian," he said.
