Golden Star Lounge debuts

The owners of the Golden Riviera online casino group, which has been on the Internet gambling scene for the past decade, mostly under different and now departed owners, has been changed to Golden Star Lounge to better reflect the new identity of the group.

The group owns Microgaming-powered online venues such as Golden Riviera Casino, River Nile Casino, Miami Paradise Casino, Slots Royale Casino, Casino France Net as well as Golden Riviera Poker.

A management spokesman said that recently, there has been a need for the group to consolidate into one, more recognisable brand and now sought to distinguish itself more assertively in the marketplace, while at the same time putting some distance between their collective name, and that of the Golden Riviera Casino.

"The idea was to separate the two identities so that both casino and group could flourish in their own right," he said. "The result was a name change from the Golden Riviera Group to The Golden Star Lounge - a brand new website that hosts all promotions and bonuses, as well as information on the various brands within the Golden Star Lounge."
