MERGE MOVE FOR FANTASY POKER
29 January 2010
Two weeks downtime expected for integration
The online poker site Fantasy Poker.com has informed its
players that it is moving to the US-friendly Merge Poker
Network and will require up to 2 weeks to complete the
integration, starting January 31st.
Poker Fantasy
gave no reasons for its move to the Kahnawake-licensed
Merge network, but advised players that its 24/7 Support
would remain active to render any assistance players may
require. The site hopes to be up and running again on
the Merge sometime around mid-February.
Fantasy
Poker members who decide to withdraw their credit
balances prior to the move will be given every
assistance to do so through to the end of January. After
that, all accounts and balances will automatically be
migrated to the Merge system, which Pokerscout reports
can attract up to 400 cash game players on an average
day.
