STAR LIST AT PARTY POKER GROWING
22 January 2010
Online poker division is building a
formidable team
Party Gaming's online poker division, Party Poker
continued to build its increasingly interesting
professional player team this week with the addition of
the often controversial, aggressive and outspoken
Antanas "TonyG" Guoga, who lives in Melbourne, Australia
but travels the world playing major tournaments.
He joins a pro team that includes Kara Scott, Felipe
Ramos, Bodo Sbrzesny, Remy Biechel, Stewart Scott, Mike
Sexton and Ian Frazer, who all now play in Party Poker
colours.
The team is expected to be well
represented at the main event of this year's Aussie
Millions, a premier Asian Pacific live tournament
currently running Downunder, and members will become a
regular feature of Party Poker's online and live
tournament activities.
Guoga has publishing and
poker site interests, the latter branded TonyGPoker.com,
which is to be moved to Party's Noble Poker on the
iPoker network as part of the association of player and
company.
With career winnings totalling over $4
million since 2003, Guoga has played in most of the
world's big live tournaments. He has a big heart, too -
in 2007 he donated his winner's prize of $205 000 in the
Moscow Million championship to Russian orphanages.
