Cash bubble kind to last 108 players
The main event in the $1 million guaranteed prize pool
UltimateBet Online Championship tournament ended this
week in victory for player YungMoney209, who survived an
entry field of 1 100 hopefuls to triumph after 15 hours
of tough online poker.
YungMoney's reward for his talent and time was a check
for $245 188 and change, and the respect due for winning
the biggest tourney UltimateBet has run in its decade of
operations.
YungMoney and TheBubble1 faced off in the heads up, with
Yung emerging victorious after turning a pair of fours
into a winning hand against TheBubble1's king-high. His
opponent took home a second place pay check worth $144
615.
The pool was sufficient to generate cashes for the last
108 players left standing in the popular event, with one
player picking up an extra $1 050 bounty payment for
taking out the game's host, international poker ace Phil
Hellmuth.
Speaking on behalf of UltimateBet, Hellmuth noted: "Over
the course of the last 10 days, UltimateBet paid out
more than $2.5 million to online poker players in 22
unbelievable events. This series was the epitome of epic

Launched on January 9th, this year's UBOC offered 22
guaranteed events spread over 10 days.
