NEOVIA APPOINTS TWO NEW DIRECTORS

Online cash processor augments board of directors
with experienced businessmen
Dale Johnson, the chairman of the board of directors at
Neovia Financial plc (formerly Neteller) has welcomed
two new non-executive directors to the board in the
persons of experienced businessmen John Bateson (45) and
Jonathan Comerford (36).
Bateson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants In Ireland, and Finance Director and Company
Secretary of the fund management group International
Investment and Underwriting. Formerly with the corporate
finance department of NCB, an Irish stockbroker, and
KPMG, he holds a number of other directorships including
Barchester Healthcare Limited, Datalex plc and
Mid-States plc.
Comerford has a Masters in Business from the Michael
Smurfit Business School, and is Investment Manager at
International Investment & Underwriting in Dublin.
Formerly with McKinsey & Co, he holds a number of other
directorships including acting as Chairman of Mountain
Province Diamonds Inc.
Commenting on the appointments, Dale Johnson said: "The
