Online casino will be backed by an interactive television show


UK companies Two Way Gaming and Pitch Entertainment have announced the creation of the gambling brand Pitch Gaming, combining both companies’ TV and web output. Pitch Gaming has been developed as a casino site and is supported by a TV show, Pitch Roulette, broadcast on digital TV on which players can place bets through the website.

Guy Templer, Two Way Gaming MD, said: "TV is a great medium through which to acquire customers for the gaming websites. The online casino we have launched will boast many unique features such as live croupiers, streamed video games and live table games. “We want to bring the thrill of the casino into people’s homes and let them take part in one of the great games from the comfort of their armchair,” he added. “Roulette is the natural place to start but we are developing a number of new innovative formats within the Pitch Gaming portfolio which will be announced shortly.”

A range of live television betting shows is to be rolled out by Pitch Entertainment starting with the Red Hot Roulette show broadcast live nightly on Sky in the United Kingdom. Viewers will be able to participate using an automated phone system and the show will be supported by dedicated casino web sites.

Two Way TV is an interactive television production company, now majority owned by Ingenious Media Active Capital, the private equity division of Ingenious Media.
