New daily $100 000 Guaranteed competitions should be a big crowd puller

Mansion Poker is to make a major investment in daily online poker tournaments according to an announcement from the company this week, which promises a "$100K A Day" guaranteed poker tournament series starting on January 3.

The new series has been planned to commence as the existing $250 000 Added Value Tournament Series ends on January 2, and comprises a daily $100 000 guaranteed poker tournament that will play each day at 3 a.m. (GMT). Regardless of how many people register to play each day, the prize pool will be guaranteed at the minimum of $100 000.

Players who wish to compete in the new series can buy-in directly for $100, or win their way in through $10 re-buy events, or $20 freeze-out satellites.

A company spokesman said Mansion was intent on building its reputation in the online poker industry through the coming year and beyond. "This will keep the momentum rolling to deliver ongoing and unprecedented player value - a sure sign that we intend to build our reputation in the online poker industry throughout 2007 and beyond," he said.

The new series is expected to build Mansion's player liquidity levels on the site - attracting more players to create increased action and interest.
