RED OR BLACK GAMESHOW CENSURED BY GAMBLING
COMMISSION

Contestants to display skill to win the cash
The UK Gambling Commission has censured
Simon Cowell's Red or Black television gameshow for "glamourising"
betting.
Representatives from the Commission
reportedly met with ITV Heads late last week to discuss
concerns over the show making gambling look too easy.
Unnamed sources claim that the
regulator has requested that contestants "demonstrate
some degree of skill to win the cash" should the show
air another series, reported The Sun.
The much
anticipated television show has had its own share of ups
and downs since launch, yielding unexpectedly
disappointing ratings.
