Gowen claims that the defendants are in breach of an agreement with her through which she claims she is due 1 percent of Full Tilt's considerable profits as payment for her endorsement and involvement in the company as a "celebrity representative, promoter and spokesperson."

And Pocket Kings and Tiltproof have been added as defendants in her suit, adding these companies to Full Tile itself and an all-star list of poker players associated with Full Tilt, which includes Howard Lederer, Andy Bloch, Phil Ivey, Chris Ferguson, John Juanda, Phil Gordon, Erick Lindgren, Erik Seidel, Jennifer Harman, Mike Matusow, Allen Cunningham, Gus Hansen and Patrik Antonius.

The legal process will now enter the discovery phase once defendant's legal team has complied with a 30 day deadline to either respond to the new information or launch another motion for dismissal.
