Skill gaming provider is backed by some
heavyweight gaming expertise

The partnering companies behind the Denver-based
start-up are The Illusion Factory and Rolling Dice
Productions, California groups that have extensive
technological and general gaming and new media
pedigrees.
Rolling Dice Productions, Inc., (Rolling Dice.com), is a
developer of cutting edge gaming concepts and a
shareholder in the entities that take them to market.
Current projects include ownership in and management of
Chan Poker, LLC., in partnership with international
