These Winner333 players are definitely not....
Located in Spain, Winner333.com is powered by Global
Power Gaming group out of Bucharest, Roumania and has
attracted the ire of several players who still await
payment of winnings, in one case of an amount in excess
of $20 000.
Neither the online casino or its software provider are
well known, but the bonuses looked good, and inevitably
excitement got the better of caution and research, and
players gave the place their business.
The resulting frustration and stress has been
considerable when pay-outs were not made, evasive
tactics were used and the owner of the software provider
even threatened to sue one hapless online gambler who
complained.
It's a sad tale but another illustration of the
importance of thoroughly researching before depositing
money with little known sites of dubious licensing and
probity.
Alon Peled is a name that cropped up repeatedly in the
complaints. This individual claimed that he was merely
the "technical provider" but an inspection of the domain
registration records indicates a closer relationship:

The software provider is registered by people using
Yahoo accounts = another major red flag.

An aptly named casino....
We have been following the harrowing story of a player
who claims he is just one of several being badly treated
by Shark Casino.com, although his story suggests a
situation so bad in terms of customer treatment as to
probably be the worst.
This is what happened to this legitimate player,
starting 8 months back:
"On June 22nd, 2006 or so, Shark Casino called me
offering me a $5,500 bonus on a $5,000 deposit, half the
bonus sticky (so only really a $2,750 bonus), $420,000
playthrough. I took it up.
"I played blackjack primarily, and a few other games,
betting $100-$500/hand. I got lucky and finished up, so
that when they took off the $2750 sticky part, I had $29
501 left.
"I played around $500,000 during this time, primarily on
blackjack, but also on their Rummy game, some video
poker, slots, etc. I stayed away from any frowned-upon
games, such as roulette, craps, and that sort of thing.
"I requested a withdrawal on June 25. But that was just
the start of a long and traumatic struggle to get paid
my $5,000 deposit, and the $24,501 I was lucky enough to
win.
"I have emailed them innumerable times, and they no
longer respond to my emails. I had previously sent them
my ID and such documents, and my payout that time took
about 3 days.
"Eventually, and it took months of arguing and nagging
and stress, they paid me $15 000 in instalments.... but
then these dried up too last October.
"Shark still owes me $14,600. I have not been paid by
Shark since last October 2006. Despite numerous attempts
I have not been able to contact anyone at Shark since
that time."
This cautionary tale speaks for itself, and we gave
Shark Casino an opportunity to respond to it. After
three days they have not.
In January Shark Casino was rogued by the Casinomeister
information portal for lack of communication and a poor
record of player treatment - further evidence that this
casino management is not behaving in a professional or
ethical manner.
