Deal with Yatinoo could give better access to
Middle East, African and Asian markets
The Internet's biggest online poker operation, Poker
Stars.com has signed a site banner agreement with the
Arabic and French language gambling information,
community, and proprietary search engine website Yatinoo
that targets people who speak English, French, and
Arabic.
Launched early in January 2007, Yatinoo claims that most
of its visitors come from Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Khaled Akid, Yatinoo's chief executive officer, said:
“Today's announcement underscores the recognition of
Yatinoo's innovation as an online content provider. As
part of our 2009 global growth strategy, we have
identified key potential acquisition targets and
alliances that we expect to position Yatinoo to become a
leading web portal in key markets around the world.
"This agreement is just one step we have made in this
regard, and speaks to the tremendous progress we have
made during a very short period of time.”
