WSOP bracelet holder's son wins ECOOP
Poker skills clearly run in the family of World Series
of Poker bracelet holder Donnacha O’Dea - the poker
ace's son Eoghan took down the iPoker European
Championship of Online Poker this week, earning himself
$315 000 for an outstanding first place win after
surviving an initial field of 1 283 players, who were
sponsored or paid the $1 060 buy-in for the event.
Eoghan is a Paddy Poker online player who uses the
monicker "Intruder 123" as his online poker identity.
Prior to the ECOOP win, the 23-year-old Irishman had
racked up some $37 000 in career winnings, cashing at
tourneys like the Irish Open, the World Series of Poker
and the Caribbean Poker Classic.
