Getting December off to a good start is Poker Trillion.com


Latest licensee to join Boss Media's International Poker Network is the UK-owned Poker Trillion.com.

CEO Andy Pyrah is no stranger to the online gambling industry, having served as right hand man to Matchroom Sport chairman, Barry Hearn, where he spent four years and managed a number of different roles within televised sport, most notably heading up the poker division, which expanded from one televised event a year to eight televised events a year during his stay.

Away from poker Andy helped to develop the PGA EuroPro Tour Golf, the Budweiser UK Open Darts, and organised darts' first ever pay per view Sky Box Office event between Phil 'The Power' Taylor and Andy 'The Viking' Fordham. He is assisted by marketing director Colin Hawker, who founded the Internet's largest multi room poker league, The Great Poker League in 2006.

In addition to the usual diverse range of freerolls and tournaments on the IPN, Poker Trillion is offering up to 30 percent rakeback to players, and if they use their rakeback to enter European poker tournaments then the firm will subsidise up to 50 percent of the tournament entry fee.

The new poker room has big ambitions for 2008, planning to launch a Pokertrillion Poker League on January 1st with a Euro 75 000 cash fund earmarked for the top 25 players monthly and the top 50 annually, with the winner being sponsored to an EPT game.
