Microgaming has launched eight new Bingo side games that
include video slots, scratchcards, casual games and
UK-pub style slot games.
Bingo side games are
playing an increasing role in the Bingo gaming industry,
and are often undervalued, said a company spokesman this
week. Side games offer an excellent form of
entertainment within the Bingo room whilst players wait
for the balls to be drawn.
Big Break, Harveys and
Don Deal all feature in August's video slot releases;
Big break is a 15 payline playful slot, with monkeys and
apes where the Lucky Break symbol on reel five allows
wins not only from right to left, but left to right too.
All high symbols act as Scatters, and will multiply the
win by the total bet.
Harveys is a five reel, 25
payline slot, packed with between 6 to 30 recurring Free
Spins, and up to 25x multiplier. Players can hit the
champagne and snail symbols to reap rewards.
Don
Deal is a three reel, 1 payline slot offering
significant rewards.
August's casual game is
Three Wheeler, which uses three spinning wheels instead
of dice. Each wheel spins independently of the others,
and every position on the table is a bet on the outcome
of 1, 2 or 3 of the dice. In order to win the win line,
it must match the pre-placed bet total.
Joining
the impressive portfolio of scratchcard games available
to Microgaming Bingo licensees are Hairy Fairies and
Turtley Awesome. Both games include charming characters
that scratch away to reveal sumptuous rewards. Players
must match three symbols by picking from 9 or 12
choices, for the chance to win a top prize of up to the
initial stake x 2 500.
UK-pub style slot games
Lucky Darts and Billion Dollar Gran, are the final two
games to launch in August. Lucky Darts is a bright and
colourful attention grabbing game played across three
separate screens; a main reel, a super game and a
feature game.
Billion Dollar Gran is packed with
novel symbols such as cups of tea, jewellery boxes,
pearls, battenburg cake and knitting. Win spins are
awarded based on reelwins on the reels games. Three Bowl
symbols on the win line also activate a video feature
