Aussie gaming company to help distribute new
'Advanced Intelligence Marketing' product
The Australian based gaming systems company eBet is to
exclusively distribute a new casino marketing software
program branded 'Advanced Intelligence Marketing' from
Las Vegas marketing and communications agency Marketing
Results, Inc., a company which develops and markets a
range of networked solutions for electronic gaming
machines.
eBet will use its management expertise and a database of
some 800 customers and 55 000 gaming machines in its
endeavours. The company has operations and contractual
arrangements in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines,
South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore and an online wagering
division in the USA and Canada.
A company spokesman said that the Advanced Intelligence
Marketing product includes CRM, campaign management,
analysis and player development applications.
"The relationship between Marketing Results and eBet
represents a blend of technologies to further empower
casino marketers," said Gary Border, President of
Marketing Results.
"AIM enables casino operators to experience the learning
curve ahead of their competitors and implement even more
personal communications with better managed
reinvestment. The AIM and eBet relationship allows
Australian casinos to stay on the forefront of casino
marketing and CRM technology, areas which are
increasingly necessary for casino marketing success in
today's fast-paced business environments."
The AIM system is described as a casino database
marketing tool; a powerful, in-house solution that
transforms data about player behaviours into information
that supports revenue-generating decisions.
"Las Vegas and United States companies have developed
important tools for managing gamblers' experiences. We
went to the source and identified AIM as the premier
solution for Australian gaming operators," said Tony
Toohey, CEO and Managing Director of eBet. "We know the
market and AIM will give our player clubs and gaming
operators better tools to manage their business."
