Over $15 million in guaranteed prize pools for Full Tilt's latest


If it's anything like previous seasons, thousands of players will this week be clicking over to the giant Full Tilt online poker site to take their chances in the ninth season of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series.

The 25-event FTOPS IX schedule will commence this evening (August 6th) with a $200+$16 NL Hold’em event hosted by Full Tilt Pro Allen Cunningham that guarantees a minimum of $1 000 000 in the prize pool - just part of an overall guaranteed prize-pool of over $15 million for the series this time around.

Other events in this huge tournament include Martin Kläser hosting FTOPS IX Event 2, a bounty-style $240+$16 PL Omaha Hi-Lo Knockout tournament with a $200 000 winner's purse.

FTOPS IX Event 3 is a $200+$16 NL Hold’em 4x Shootout with 6 Max tables, hosted by Greg Mueller and featuring a minimum $250 000 prize pool.

FTOPS events will continue at least twice a day at Full Tilt Poker leading up to the FTOPS 9 Main Event on Sunday, August 17th. This will be hosted by hosted by the famous and popular poker pro Chris “Jesus” Ferguson, and will feature a $500+$30 buy-in and a prize pool of $2 500 000.
