Three seasoned pros sign up for KFC ads


According to Cardplayer Magazine poker fans will soon be seeing some familiar names in Kentucky Fried Chicken adverts.

Poker aces David Williams, Gavin Smith and Paul Wasicka have been hired by the finger-lickin' delicacy firm to help sell its tasty chicken.

The three poker pros will soon appear in KFC commercials that will be shown on ESPN during the World Series of Poker broadcast. They will talk about their ability to read people....while munching on fried chicken!

This isn’t the first time that professional poker players have been used to sell national household consumer brands on television. Phil Hellmuth, Scotty Nguyen and Daniel Negreanu all starred in a Diet Pepsi commercial in 2006.
