New game features a progressive jackpot

Harrods Casino Online, the Kismet International-owned and powered Internet gaming site associated with the world famous Knightsbridge department store, has announced the launch of its new Jackpot Solitaire offering, the first version of the game to feature a progressive jackpot that mathematically speaking, could tip the scales in favour of the player.

The Jackpot Vegas Solitaire game allows players to play through one 52-card deck drawing one card at a time, with a payment made to the player every time a card is placed on the foundation pile. The amount is based on the original bet, with amounts being paid once a game is completed.

Manu Gambhir, CEO of Kismet International, the operator of Harrods Casino Online commented, “This is an interesting game for players as there is no known mathematical model which predicts the payout rate for Solitaire. With the progressive jackpot, simulations suggest that expert players may have a slight advantage over the house.”
