Almost $3.5 million in guaranteed prizes in Tower Gaming's latest online poker initiative
 

Tower Gaming, a Gibraltar-licensed online poker site on the Ongame network, has announced the second edition of the popular online poker tournament Grand Series of Poker II, which will present twice as many events, more qualifiers, and new challenges when it opens April 12th to 26th 2009.

With $3 400 000 in the guaranteed prize pool to be won, GSOPII will offer a total of 16 events with different buy-ins, featuring NLHE, Pot Limit Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, and Texas Hold'em fixed limit events.

Qualifying events started in February, offering players the chance to win a ticket to any one of the 16 preliminary games, and there are daily qualifiers during the GSOP II series for the $5 000 buy-in Grand Slam Final, which will be held on May 3rd with a prize pool currently valued at $300 000.
