Online gambling pioneer says trust is everything


When Intertops Casino.com launched one of the first online casinos back in 1998, sceptics asked the same thing they’d asked two years before when the pioneering company launched the first online sportsbook - how will player trust be achieved? Intertops answered that it already had generated the quality, and since then the owners claim they have continued to do so through probably tens of millions of transactions.

Posch attributes the other major reason for the website's success to its commitment to continually add the best new games in the industry. The company does this through a ten-year partnership with the Isle of Man-based gambling software developer Microgaming, with an inventory that now boasts hundreds of quality online casino games. The most recently added was the new Lara Croft Tomb Raider "Secret of the Sword" slot machine.

“IntertopsCasino has set the bar very high for other online casinos,” said Michael Corfman, the executive director of the Gambling Portal Webmaster's Association, which evaluates and endorses gambling websites. “I know many online casinos will have tenth birthdays coming up, but IntertopsCasino.com is one of the first and one of the best. We congratulate them on ten years of honest operations.”

Unique monthly promotions and some of the largest progressive jackpots on the Internet are both used to retain players, and there is currently almost $8 million in the progressive jackpot pool to which Intertops belongs, with the Mega Moolah jackpot alone worth $5 million.
