Your opinion on confiscating winnings from casinocruise

Anyone here know what time the live chat is open? Cant open it and i dont find any information when its open.

It would be easy for the casino to block e-wallet usage for a specific bonus. There is a small handfull of casinos that restrict bonus usage with e-wallet deposits, and it usually means that the bonus will not get added when trying to claim the bonus with an e-wallet deposit. They must have pretty recently taken this turn since i have played here and did not remember some e-wallets are banned for bonuses ;(.

I have to admit that, nowadays you have to read the terms and conditions every time you deposit , which kind of sucks for the player ;(. The casino has the right to not pay out the winnings because its in their terms and conditions, but is it right? No , in my view. . Yes your right and I have said it for a long time, There sneaking in theses little terms which are not so little, Such as games you would not even dream would be not allowed, Reason this is ? As they know its popular and most likely play it, But the worst part is when they do change rules you get a pop up saying tick to agree, Well what are we agreeing to? Surley they have not revamped the complete terms so at the very least put terms 5.6 / 7.2 Than we can go and see what that term is,

First of all i want to thank everyone here for your opinions and advice. I also want to thank the rep from casinocruise for taking his time to look into my case and helping me. I got a really nice email from casinocruise today. I got the money i won back to my account so i have now requsted an withdrawal. Again, thanks to everyone! This is really the nicest forum i have ever been to.
