According to the crappy site you found the casino on, the maximum withdrawal is $210 + your deposit of $25, so you SHOULD be able to withdraw the whole $235.

As you seem to be dealing with 2 different lots of people, you should wait a few days & see if they pay.
Whatever you do, DON'T go back and play with your balance.

I can't take any credit for getting this sorted.
As I said, it was a rep from a different Rival casino who got involved and got Rival to poke Winbig21.
I didn't ask him to do this - he saw the thread himself and took the initiative.
I'm not naming his casino yet as I don't have his permission - he may want to remain anonymous.

I'm just very glad to hear you got paid, and I hope you've learned you lesson about using dodgy casino portals to find casinos.
