Please help unsure what i can actually do. My husband recently had a lucky win with unibet who he as been with and had no problem for around 6 months he was fully verified etc had a few small wins, was paid fast no problems etc. when he as come to withdraw the lucky win they original asked for a photo of the card used which he gave them. Then they withheld the deposit stating he his registered with gamstop (which he is not) and never as been. We have contacted gamstop but they have confirmed over chat he does not have a account etc but they won’t accept this. So you have send all Id proof to gamstop to verify.

We think it’s because a family member is registered and seemed to have used the same email address (business email not a private email address)

Surly they can only withheld if the persons name,d.o.b etc match

Hello,

If you'd like us to look into this for you you're welcome to use our complimentary Player Arbitration (PAB) service. We have a pretty good line of communication with Unibet and can probably get your issue dealt with fairly quickly.

If you're interested here's a guide to getting started with that: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum .

Please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

Yes, having the response from Gamstop could be quite useful. That shouldn't take terribly long, few days maybe. If it drags on then just proceed with the PAB and I can discuss it with the Unibet folks.

That would be appreciated. Usually we tell people that they''ll need to chose between posting on the forums OR doing the PAB:
  • Posting too much on the forums BEFORE doing the PAB can cause problems because then the casino has to deal with both the public issue and the private issue (PAB) which could severely limit the resolution options for the player.
  • Posting about the issue on the forums while the PAB is in progress would be a violation of the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures .
  • After the PAB has run its course and our work is done you'll be free to post as you see fit, in accordance with the Forum Rules , of course.
Hope that answers your question.
