Hello Rico (and anyone else),
We've got scammed recently by them and lost a large amount of money.
For the last months we did not get any reply.
Perhaps anyone can give us advise on what to do, maybe other parties got the same problem with
Totalesoft and together we can take (legal) action?
Any advise would be appreciated.
Rico; you didn't do business with Totalesoft? If so, did you find another good business party for a White Label thing?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Patrick
Our company operates ownAcasino.com

Hi,
I was recently informed of this thread. If you need to contact me, I can be reached on jfrancis at totalesoft.com. The ones put in by thelawnet are old ones, so please feel free to use that one.
I would just like to ask Vince and AussieDave to contact me personally with any specific issues they have been made aware of, so that I can take action for them - as we have done for Patrick. I might not see them on this forum, so if you can let me know directly I'd be grateful.
No company gets everything 100% right every time, so the occasional negative comment is to be expected. All I would ask is the opportunity to address anything negative. Since our software bug in 2007 we have had very few complaints by either clients or players, so I hope that counts for something.
Just one final point - Casino Millionaire is owned by a client of ours, but it was registered to us (as are some other of our clients) at his request. As he is based in the US, we agreed to do that for him. It's now registered via a Domain Proxy site. Also, we stopped operating ownacasino.co.uk some time ago to concentrate on our white label offering. Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Jonathan
Hi Patrick,
I believe they are based out of Gibraltar you could try contacting the Gibraltar gaming commission ( Government Owned/Regulated).
I'm sure they'd be non to pleased to know of these scoundrels operating their scams from within the boundaries of Gibraltar.
That's about the only suggestion I can offer. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Cheers
Dave
Hi is someone can tell me is totalesoft is a scam ?
Oh thank god I've found this thread.I know it's fairly old,but please can anyone help me?As you can see I've posted a similar thread earlier today. They have taken the money, developed a half hearted, half finished site, and now are incredibly difficult to contact. To me this is a pure scam. Please does anyone know what my next step should be?I am already getting my solicitor on the case.
Thanks in advance
I purchased a WhiteLabel site and wish id never heard of TotalESoft (I have lost about £5000.00)
Like you, they are not replying to emails.
Unfortunately what they provide isn't worth having. I haven't worked out it they are deliberately deceitful, poorly run, or just dont care (or all 3).
They also offered a money back guarantee - which I've tried to claim, but they have still are not responding to contact.
If your solicitor wants more information , or possibly another case, feel free to get in touch.
To everyone else;
Avoid TotalESoft like the plague
