So that means your PAB is still ongoing then?
It must do, because if it were finished you could post about it.
I'm also very interested to hear the final outcome of this case - SmartLive are pretty big in the UK.

... is this a short or long time for a PAB as a rule.....

4 to 6 weeks is a rough average -- huge varience on that though, some take less than 24 hours while others have taken 1+ year -- but it's safe to say that this one is definitely dragging on a bit. Partly my fault (work load, etc), partly theirs. Shit happens. We'll see it through though, not to worry.
