Slots Garden won't let you cashout from free spins!

Slots Garden good luck getting to cash out of you win anything, I just went through a hell of a time with them running me round in circles to withdrawal my fair and square winnings from free spins they emailed me!
 
Really I'm so upset 4 days ago I took 25 free spins from them went on and hit on mermaid queen and the bonus for 15 cents a spin $250 of course I know there was terms and conditions attached because they were free right so I check what they are I adhere to all of them play off my times Wagers make sure it's not over the limit of the max cash out went through all that including contacting customer support to make sure that I did it right which takes forever on there by the way if you do it by chat only to wait 3 days to have it fall off. Now when I noticed it fell off it's because they sent me an email saying I could withdraw using a crypto wallet which I had already done but why were they emailing me that saying withdrawal now get your winnings immediately? Sure enough I look my balance is back on slots Garden so I head on over to the chat help only to talk to three agents that none of them would listen to me which took hours of my day the last dude even lied to me and said I withdraw didn't go through because I must have made an error and put a space in my Bitcoin wallet address which is completely untrue because I copy and pasted every time I use it I never had any issues with that! Not today 5 days later they're saying I can't have the money cuz I used my initial sign up free bonus and these additional free spins! Rude! I gamble online trust no one believe I'm not rich but I spend a good amount of money on gambling online unfortunately this is one of those times I don't have any funds because I did spend a little more than I should have gambling online which I'm sure slots Garden found out about me through some sister Casino or something that I do deposit on! This just feels so wrong especially when I was so excited! I never hit in the mermaid queen on 15 cents for $250 before! Then they make me wait half a week 5 days 4 days to get BS into not getting my payout after I work so hard waiting on customer service for hours literally hours asking if I was doing it right and being told it was not a problem being told I was doing everything according to them I'm so upset! Hey guys don't ever take any of those free offers they send to your email in fact don't trust slots Garden at all because they won't be honest with you not in any way shape or form and they'll waste days of your life on something that was supposed to be fun! Well it's not fun I'm just highly upset I can't say enough honestly! Poopy doggy!
 
I never been through this with any of these online casinos I have cashed out winnings from free spins on other casinos online with no issue like this to encounter this is such a big disappointment. I don't know where they get off keeping that money from me so rude if they knew how much I really spend on online casinos they would think twice because I'm a sucker and they'll get way more money out of me then this little cash out of $100 that unfortunately I could really use right now SLOTS GARDEN y'all suck way better online gambling sites than yours you guys are rude and hopefully you're being so tight fisted because you won't be around long! Just saying I would avoid SLOTS GARDEN at all cost guys if you don't wanna go through this!

What can I do? Slots Garden gave no reason for why they were denying my withdrawal request. I couldn't get any straight answers from chat agents as to why. I waited 3 full days then received an email telling me I could cash out immediately in cryptocurrencies.Ilooked and sure enough there was the money back on Slots Garden I adjusted my cash out - $10.00 wondering why my withdrawal failed, I tried to get answers for hours chatting wit customer service as well. I made another attempt with lesser amt. In the mean time and they confinscated my winnings. Still in had to go into the chat help and wait another long amount of time to be told even though I was super careful to follow playthrough, and max cash out terms verifying those terms with customer service primary to even attempting to withdrawal that I had accepted too many bonuses because I was not allowed more than my initial sign up bonus and 1 additional without deposit in between those two. Keep in mind ofcoarse I did deposit before attempting to withdrawal. I was told by customer service to deposit $10 and my withdrawal woukd be fine to redeem along with my $10 back, I was told that verbatim via Slots Garden customer chat agent! I had asked that agent to help me go over the terms comoletly to my bonus to make sure I was following them to a T!!! Im super upset!
 
Who does this? Checkout these emails and remember this was only information emailed to me none about denying my withdrawal request or any other issues!
