Royal Panda Casino

I agree the casino is really good, I've been playing here since they opened.

But be careful you know these terms before accepting the bamboo deposit bonus, I never read them and that's my fault!

*******To release your bonus and bonus winnings, you have to complete the wagering requirements first. This is done by placing cash balance bets (i.e. wagering the money you deposit). Please bear in mind that you always start playing with your cash balance first. Only after your cash balance becomes insufficient do you start playing with your bonus balance.

While playing with your cash balance, all winnings will be credited to this balance. After your cash balance runs out and you start playing with your bonus balance, all winnings obtained with it will be added to your bonus balance Please bear in mind you only need to wager the initial bonus 35 times to meet the wagering requirement withdraw the whole bonus amount. To check the progress of your progress towards meeting the wagering requirement, simply go to “My account” section, and from there go to “My bonuses”.

How do I start meeting the wagering requirement again? It's very simple: because only cash balance bets count towards the wagering requirement, you’ll need to redeposit. As soon as you’ve deposited, you’ll switch back to playing with your cash balance – so your bets will start counting towards the wagering requirement. How do I know if I’m playing with my cash or bonus balance? To check which balance you're currently playing with, please go to the “My account” section. There you'll see your total, bonus and cash balances.****

To put it simply wagering for any bonus only counts for deposited money, if you lose the deposit and dip into the bonus no wagering will be completed.

I found this out as I deposited 20 euro, got a 10 euro bonus and have been playing for three days. 10 hours of play and over £1000 wagered and decided to cash-out with a 200 euro profit. But I couldn't as still had a bonus balance and on checking I had only wagered 60 euro.

So now I will have to make deposits to try and wager the remaining 290 euro to release the 200 euro won from the bonus.

Royal Panda have a 50% match today (Friday) and they have another 50% match Sunday morning. Can you have two bonuses running at the same time, or forfeit the first before claiming the second?

It's possible to stack bonuses so theoretically you can claim the one on sunday morning even if your friday bonus is still acitve.

Am I even still needed here? Haha thanks Hedgehok!

What he states is correct, though you can only clear one bonus at the same time. The second bonus will only start clearing once the first one has been either cleared or forfeit/loss (let's hope not!)

Going to be a tough one to claim:

An hour full of bonus magic awaits
That’s right – once the moon reaches its fullest on 24 January 2016, you’ll have the chance to grab your Full Moon Bonus, worth 50% up to $250. Here’s how it works:

It looks like this casino has a bad term for players.

xhttps://www.royalpanda.com/promotions/terms/
1.17 The player’s bonus balance consists of bonus money and possible bonus winnings. The bonus balance cannot be used to fulfil the wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the concerning promotion.
1.20 Wagers are deducted from the player’s cash balance first. If no cash balance is available, the player’s bonus balance will be used.

Looking at it again, it's not too bad for players. I'm just not used to seeing terms like this around. As long as the player can win.
Maybe the rep can explain exactly how the bonuses work?

Do you have an idea when the BBF will start? I can start collecting MM-data in that case and report them when BBF commences.

Sure, go ahead. I'm in the midst of the Awards right now. I'm planning to meet up with the RP guys in London, but there is no reason not to get them going in the BBF this next week after the awards are announced.

Awards announcements should be made on Monday if all goes well.

Melvin explained this to me via PM, it is not as bad as it looks to be fair.

Quick example

You deposit £20 taking a 50% (£10) bonus and hence have a £30 starting balance. Can't recall their exact WR but we'll use 35x for the purpose of this example.

Starting balance 30, total WR required = £350.

As long as your balance stays above £10 (bonus) all bets contribute to WR.

Lets say you've wagered £300 but your balance is now just £10 left (the bonus awarded)

You still have £50 left to wager but bets from now on will no longer contribute.

A fresh cash deposit is needed to continue with the remaining £50 WR

However you can still play with the £10, attempting to build it back up.

Lets say you get your balance back up to £100! - The £50 WR is still outstanding and still bets made will not count.

You deposit £20, taking the balance back up to £120, clear the last of the WR without dropping below £100, the WR is now cleared and the full balance cash.

Free Spins (No Deposit)

You have 10 FS and win £5 (Total WR required = £5x35 - £175)

Any bets made will not count to WR - a cash deposit is required

Lets say you play the £5 won from the FS and build to £100

This is still bonus money BUT the required WR will remain at £175 as this was the original amount won from the FS awarded.

Thanks jonmincher, all of this is completely correct.

One very important thing that I would like to add (and why I personally prefer this system over the standard that most players are used to), is that any winnings you make while playing with real money are not restricted for cashouts. Say we stick to your example and we deposit £20 and take a £10 bonus. If we happen to get lucky and win 200 euros with the £20 and want to cash out, we can do this! You would forfeit your £10 bonus of course, but you don't need to clear the bonus to cash out your own cash balance.

I'll save my review for a BBF, but played for 8 hours straight last night without a single drop or error - pretty impressive.

My only nag is the 'Loyal Panda' points. When you cash-in your points, they have 35 times wagering which only works with a cash balance. Considering most players use points when they have no funds, it feels like you're forcing them to make another deposit.

In a way you're right, but still wrong :)

That's the thing with their bonuses. If it's just a tiny sum you have then there is no need to deposit to clear it anyway. It's only when you've manage to make it a little larger you should try, because then it's worth it.

Took me a while to work out how the bonus system works but yep you can cancel a bonus at any time you just loose it thats all and not any wins.

Did this around 3 weeks ago and cashed out a few 100.

Will be good to see Royal Panda in the BBF

They are a good outfit by what I have seen

I've had to make FOUR redeposits so far but have a healthy bonus balance which I should finally cash out later tonight.

Question for Melvin, why doesn't the cashier store card details? Every time I make a deposit I have to type in the full card details which is annoying as I only remember the three digits on the back :D

Yes this is a small hassle....particularly when it comes to cashing out as you have to double / triple check it just in case.

Thanks jonmincher, all of this is completely correct.
Let me get this straight (so I can put the correct info on my website)...

However you can still play with the £10 (bonus chips), attempting to build it back up.

I added the words in (). But this IS how your system works?

Cheers,
KK

Sorry for bringing up an old thread, but didn't want to open another!

Made a largish deposit at Royal Panda tonight and absolutely nothing is working. All the games are 'offline' and support says there is no resolution time :(

EDIT: You can't even log in now!

The annoying thing about it is when live chat says "There are no problems", then it becomes "maintenance", then we have "technical problems" all within a 5-minute conversation.

Live chat have now packed up for the night and gone home and was wished a 'pleasant evening' before the conversation was abruptly ended

Hi Nicola, thanks for bringing this up! I'll investigate it for you!

Hi Nicola

So last night around 11 some issues slowly started popping up which affected more and more parts of the website over time until it became a big problem. Eventually this even resulted in some maintenance and downtime. The issue was only completely resolved around 00:50.

While so far this has hardly ever happened, it is unfortunate that it did last night. I know from first hand experience how annoying it is for you as player.

I can only apologize and promise that we do everything we can to not have these things happen.

Affected players will be personally contacted by our support team via email throughout the day.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you personally.

Our team is still working hard to fix the cause of the problem. They seem to have located the problem, but can't guarantee yet that it is completely fixed already. I will keep you updated as soon as I know more.
