True, when doing the baf they should have been prepared for some serious increase in customers. There are so many People who read on this forum, would not be surprised if it is many times the number of active members. Dear all, as many of you have noticed we experienced some technical difficulties in a number of areas caused by communication issues and total outages to our service provider. We have very high standard and this has resulted in us not delivering the user experience that we strive for and for that I unreservedly apologise. The point is probably to make it more fun. A no win slot means they can give bigger rewards on the other. We are gamblers after all

I was a beta tester at Rizk and provided extensive feedback on the negative aspects of the site but yet now that the site has launched, most of those negative things still remain. That no win slice is one of them. Personally I also find the Raffle ticket slice a negative aspect. You worked really hard to get to that wheel. You finally get a chance to win and ... You win a CHANCE to win something. Also I feel like the Wheel might be slightly '' rigged ''. When you start at Lv1, the prizes are mostly normal free spins. As you work your way up, the prizes supposedly get better. And sure enough, the Wheel now has Super and Mega spins in it. The problem is, even if the wheel only had 1 slice of normal free spins, you're still more likely to land on that than on anything else. The beta testers were given a 100€ NDB to test the site with and with this I reached Lv15 in the wheel. I only won super spins once, I won free spins few times. The most common result however, were the goddamned Raffle tickets. With only beta testers at the site, the odds were good with the raffle tickets. With thousands of other players now, you might as well give up hope of winning on it.

The raffle tickets should be added to other sections of the wheel imo. So you have a chance of landing on '' Free spins + Raffle tickets '' for example. RT's on their own are just .. not good enough.

I think it's worth of noting though that I didn't land on the No Win even once so at least that seems to have a pretty low chance of happening. Still, I feel like it should be removed. Presuming you work 8 hour days and do one payment every five minutes, that'd still imply there's thousands of pending withdrawals .. That, or it's a one man show.
