Whine and Moan Raging Bull sending "blanket" VIP Offers to all players whom might not qualify

Slotsmillion does also "cut" your balance after wagering is done to the max withdrawal limit. However if you continue playing (and winning) then there is no withdrawal limit. It prevents the unnecessary process of withdrawing and redepositing to get rid of any bonus related restrictions.
Things like that always put me off playing any RTG casinos.

Cheers bud, That was the thread, Could not find it no where,

I wonder why raging has kept .37 in there after I took out the 100?

This is a theory as to why: ;)

Interesting, though....one could simply run the remaining $100 (or whatever the max was) up to $5k and get around the max WD limit imposed in the first place......loophole, or by design? I mean, the $100 is technically your money at the point when you met the WR, and were cleared of any "contract" from the bonus.

Slotmillons does that but I do not think RTG allow you to do this, When they say max withdraw than I am pretty sure they mean it?

I know lucyksox updated us that it was NOT max withdraw but max that be converted to real cash than spend as you please, But RTG ? No chance

I like where this thread is going.....it seems we've opened a whole new can of worms :D

Yes the thread is getting deep :) Come on Rep,

hedgehok did not mean RTG gaming does this but saying slotsmillon does, It does make you think after the 37c was left in

Question for the people that play there. Why play there? I read a few of their terms and all bonuses have max cashouts and significant playthrough. Am I missing something?

Ok nobody wants to answer why they play there with all of their restrictions?

I will answer. I play at Raging Bull because I receive my money within 4 days of a withdrawal REQUEST right into my account. I withdraw at least once for every 5 deposits unlike other RTG's where I can show loss after loss..they also have great bonuses to help you through the dead spots growing longer. It cost me $700 just recently to finally hit Vulcan bonus at one casino, this was a first for me....EVER...change is here, you betcha!

We really are not stupid people. I am a PROUD tin hat wearer....unlike...those that sit there and repeat themselves its all about random generator number...blah blah blah....thinking if it is repeated enough, it will be believed even when all signs show a totally different story...I said these changes were coming over two years ago...and they are here and have been here for a long while......and getting worse....anyone see the lousy screenshot section lately?????

I am surprised no one has said a thing about there are no longer multiple HUGE randoms at RTG's...almost everyone of these casinos used to have easy 5 HUGE jackpots ($8,000-$15,000) running at any given time...now you can't find 2 over $5000. Most are below $3000 and they still don't "pop".

I play where I feel I have a chance to withdraw every once in a while....Clubworld, Jackpot Capital and Inetbet, respectivley, have been extremely dry in the last MULTIPLE MONTHS...with the change of playtime/payout ratios'....many more players will be finding other homes to play at if this downslide continues on bonus rounds/payout ratios to deposts.

Demoting loyal, long time players to the ridiculous (Clubworld 35% bonus) is a slap in the face and will be the death of these casinos because a bonus nowadays is the only way to have any chance at an extended play time as much as I have hated bonuses....this is the only thing one can do nowadays to stay alive longer than 5 minutes..

I don't think anyone's mentioned that RB sucks :)

Hi guys. Sorry, I am currently out of the office and will only be back in the office tomorrow. Yeah this was a major Screw up where our email automation was firing incorrectly. The launch of this VIP program was supposed to be a positive exercise but end up being a pain in the butt. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience. I currently responded via my mobile device so please excuse any typo's. I promise to reply to all queries as soon as I am back in the office tomorrow.

Best regards
Jason

Sorry guys... I just had a quick run threw some of the replies and as for the $15 free "sorry bonus" For free money coupons, and unless otherwise stated, max cashouts will be no more than 1X the bonus amount. For free money coupons below a value of $100, the max cashout will stand at $100.

I can honestly say that it was an honest mistake. I will even share my Skype chats I had with my account manager at rtg on Friday night.

Please guys I ask that you afford me the opportunity to correct this. I also want all you guys to please forward me your usernames so that I can reward you with another coupon.

Looking forward to hearing back from you all soon.

Regards
Jason

They gave me a free no deposit bonus. I cleared the playthrough on a 50 free chip and it lowered my balance to 150. although I thought it would be 500 it was still free money so I chose to pay the 50 dollar fee and take my free 100.00, They requested I deposit 21 dollars prior to cash out. I would never play at a site that requested I make a deposit to receive winnings on a free chip. I will never give this place a penny.

I can understand some peoples concerns, But they have a good bonus & stuff and have to place caps somewhere along the line, Deposits for verication only, Also ewallet withdraws are free, I have made deposit and won of the free chip other day and I wait my withdraw, It makes a change from my normal MG & NetEnts sites,

I do believe this is one of the good RTG sites, There have been some probs but all sites when making changes,

The games are loose for sure. I won nonstop and was happy with the gameplay. The problem is that I should not have to pay 21 to receive 150. Actually 100 since the fee is 50. Why are the cashout fees so high? Should I send in my documents and make a 21 deposit and give it a shot? Feels like a big fiasco. I also gave them my phone number and have had a lot of spam people calling me and trying to sell me stuff. do believe they sold my phone number. Never had phone calls like that before this. Could be a coincidence but I am not sure.

Personally I would deposit the 21, I certainly would not intise any body to deposit at any place, Yes the 50 fee for a withdraw its outrage but I believe they incur a some big fees them selfs, Surley it would cost no more than $5 s to send a registered cheque out? + a $5 fee for admin,

I personally have not had had no calls, But 100% sure if I start getting emails from sites I know it would of come from them, I have had this personal email account for ten years, & Not 1 message from casino, I have just given this to RB due to used to get incomplete emails, So far all emails have been ok and NO spam,

Even the best casino can leak details, Sacked employees or them trying to earn a few quid,

Unfortunately every thing seems a big fiasco now days with sites, Comes down to alot use 3rd parties to send out offers, Than CS no bugger all about anything, Whats so difficult if a bonus has not gone on for CS to say sorry we will put it on, Or them to be informed whats going on with the site, At least employ people that can sort things out, Without having to wait for emails, or send screen shots in,

The reps on here are great, No the score and can sort you a missing bonus, Give you a freechip, Why not employ some staff on chats like that? I certainly if ran a casino,

@ spintee - please email banking@ragingbullcasino.com and address it to Dean. Tell him Jason referred you and you would like to enquire about your withdrawal.

@ pokerdan - the $21 variation deposit is purely just to verify that the player is legit and that the funds will be received by the correct person. You can withdraw the deposited amount along with the cashable balance.

As for your details being comprised or sold, I can assure you 100% that's it's not the case.

I have worked in this industry for over 15 years and believe in running a transparent and ethical business. You have my word that we will NOT share your personal details with any other party. That I promise you.

I am currently in hospital with my wife, so apologise in advance if I don't get to respond in a timeous fashion.

Hoping for a more detailed response, as nobody here was disputing the maximum cashout amount, but you're contradicting yourself. First you state that the max cashout will be 1x the free chip amount, then next sentence you say the max cashout for free chips under $100 will stand at $100?

Hope your wife recovers quickly :(

.

Very large wagering requirements.

16.35X playthrough is the standard wagering requirements on the bonus amount + deposit unless otherwise specified. The wagering requirements MUST be met before withdrawals will be authorized

Below is a 50% deposit coupon. $5000 max cashout, who does a max cashout on 50% bonus.

7.Max cashout for this coupon is $5000.

Below is 77% match. C

6.Max cashout for this coupon is 25X.

Those big Randoms, most people will see a very small percentage of them. For example:

You deposit $50 on the 77% bonus you get $38 bonus so now you have $88. Assuming the 25x max cashout includes bonus that means max cashout is $2200. These terms benefit only the casino.

I have met the requirements more than once. Kinda says something about the play time huh...and the return on deposit.and bonus pays..hmmmm? If I can meet a wagering requiring such as this and can't on a measly 20x playthrough without one bonus round with a 100% match bonus at other RTG's...definitely says something good about how these games play..

As for the Randoms....there are none to be had anymore...so the max cashout is a moot point anyway.

Max cashout is not a moot point. That is the most significant point. Max cashout is all in the casinos favor, as a matter of fact all those jackpots you said were large were probably hit on a bonus and had a max cashout to it. That means instead of paying out $13,000.00 they paid out a max cashout of $2000 $3000 or something like that.

No problem with you defending the casino , but you need to look at T&C's that are unfair to the player. What Reputable RTG do you know that has a max cashout? I could possible see a Max Cashout on a large 400% bonus, but at the same time if you beat the playthrough on a 400% bonus you should be entitled to it all.

I do understand people say they do pay, but obviously with these terms that benefit the casino, they should pay quickly.

Can you imagine the amount of money they void out in the course of a month? With these terms they have the best money making casino out there. These terms save them just as much money as a rogue that picks and chooses who they pay.

Ok nobody wants to answer why they play there with all of their restrictions?
I think that if you compare Raging Bull to most other RTG casinos (certainly the ones I list on my sites at least), that you will find their bonus terms are actually among the very best out there at the moment.
They have big % bonuses with WR of only (D+B)x30 and Cashable.
That puts their bonuses 4th best from the 22 I list on my RTG page = better than all of Club World, JC & Sloto'Cashs' casinos.

Also a lot of players believe that a change of casino will bring a change of luck if they've had a rough run elsewhere.

The biggest issue is the max cashout. KK, look at my post above I listed some of the terms. 50% MAX CASHOUT 77% MAX CASHOUT.

KK, you are very reasonable, how can you consider max cashouts on these bonuses fair, also how can you consider them good 4th best bonus when there are max cashouts on all bonuses:what:

The max cash-outs you listed (Post #44) sound pretty big to me - what are the maximum bonus amounts?

Personally (and I have said this before) I have no problem whatsoever with maximum cash-outs (or any other rules for that matter) on a bonus at ANY casino as long as it is clearly stated in the T&Cs.
Players HAVE to take responsibility for their own actions = read the terms BEFORE you start: If you don't like something - don't take the bonus. If you are happy to accept the terms (or can't be bothered to read them) - go ahead, and DON'T moan about the terms afterwards.
On my website I do clearly state what the max cash-out is.

The maximum cash-out on the Welcome Bonus I was talking about is $4,500, which would be Deposit x 18 if you took the maximum bonus on offer. I would be over the moon to cash-out 18 x my deposit!
If you made the minimum deposit for the bonus ($21), the max cash-out would be 214 x your deposit!

However, in researching these figures I notice that not only they have increased the WR on the SUB from x30 to x35 - without telling me , but also that I slightly screwed up the bonus rating on my site, in that I used the monthly 100% bonus (WR only x25) to rank them instead of the 300% welcome bonus. I will correct that the moment I finish writing this post!
This means they now rank at #19 from 22 - not #4 as I previously stated.
So thanks for making me look at them again.

Go look at the terms and you can see, come on you promote them.

I appreciate you putting a positive spin on the max cashout with your "minimum $21 deposit" spin, but obviously done because they are on your site.

You know we are here for transparency and ill repeat myself for about the 10th time in this thread, these max cashouts benefit nobody but the casino.

No problem for pointing this out. If they are such a good casino maybe they will realize they need to remove these max cahsouts because players don't want to be taken advantage of.
