I'm here because I am totally frustrated I won a jackpot and I've been fighting for 2 months to get paid for it I need help and frustration is more than excessive right now. They have everything from my birth certificate to my marriage license and at the rate they're frustrating me I might be able to provide them with death certificate soon. This is planet 7
And seeing that you're only allowed to withdraw $2,500 at a time just blows my mind

Hello,

My recommendation would be to send a Private Message (PM) to the casino rep, @TawniVirtualAce . She's pretty good at helping people get their issues resolved.

If that doesn't help perhaps we can offer assistance through our complaints service called Player Arbitration (PAB), always free of charge to Casinomeister members in good standing. You'll find an introduction to the PAB process here: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum

If you do proceed please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply could slow, stall or even cancel your complaint here at Casinomeister.

Regards,
Max Drayman
Player Arbitration (PAB) Manager, Casinomeister.com

PS. moving your thread to the appropriate forum.

I wanted to take a moment to follow-up on this thread...

The player first contacted me on June 14th and I replied the following day asking for her casino ID's and email address. I did not hear back from her until July 2nd...I was on vacation beginning July 3rd, which is why I'm only now addressing this.

The player opened MULTIPLE accounts across our entire network of casinos. For example, SIX accounts with Club Player…SEVEN accounts with Planet 7…SEVEN accounts with Captain Jack. The list goes on and on.

She opened these accounts using differing variations of her name, different email addresses and other inconsistencies. This was not done by accident—there are far too many accounts opened with information that’s been clearly twisted in an attempt to trick our systems.

Just to be clear, this goes against our terms and conditions:

General Terms & Conditions for Membership

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:

a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

I've already brought Max into the PM's submitted to me by twatwaffle and I've provided him with all of the evidence which will prove that our casinos have acted in accordance with the above terms and conditions.

@twatwaffle , having now seen the evidence against you -- extensive and conclusive IMHO -- I'd say you now have two options:
  1. apologise for the lies you've been posting here, the fraud you've obviously been running on these casinos and the time of ours, and theirs, that you've wasted. Once you've done that your account here will be retired.
  2. we can just cut to the chase and boot you to the curb.
What's it going to be?

Oh, FYI, I've stuck you in the Moderated users group meaning anything you post from here on in will have to be approved by a moderator, likely me. So don't bother with any faux innocence or some rant against ... whatever. Your apology is expected or your time here at Casinomeister is already over.

I would love to see the six accounts that I have at one casino because that is fraudulent I do not have six accounts at a single casino. Do I gamble at six different casinos yes

Well, none of that is an apology so I guess it's "goodbye". Happy trails to you.
