Although the threat should not have been made, it offered a good diagnostic indication that there was a deliberate stalling tactic in play. The threat can generate a call within 20 minutes, yet assurances before this of a call back were not acted upon.

They should have called back as promised, not only when the heat is turned up.

It may be better to give a vague "I will seek to take this issue to third party mediation if I don't hear from you in xx days". Mediation is something all casinos mention somewhere in their terms, and is something that should be considered when an issue has reached a deadlock, which includes repeated failures to reply as promised.

If the casino REALLY believed they were in the right, a calm woman would have phoned back with "bring it on", knowing that the PAB would expose the multi account fraud attempt.
 
I wouldn't trust this netbet (not to be confused with casinos of a similar name) lot with a pisspot to be honest.
I couldn't even retrieve 84 quid for NOT breaking terms and conditions.
The CS is contradictory and amateurish at best, in broken English. They were casino770, a rogue operator. They are going for accreditation I believe, and before that happens Cambridge United will win the Premier League, or Australia will win back the Ashes.

I was just perusing this thread again, and I noticed this 'funny' of mine, only it's not so funny now, is it Nifty/Mark/Chillbill etc......????? :oops::oops::oops:

I really could do with some help
It's long winded but here goes
I usually play at Royal panda
I decided to have a cooling off so self excluded months ago
However on Thursday I fancied a few games so opened an account with net bet
I deposited lots of times no luck so decided to call it a day
Friday an email popped up on my phone asking for documents
I honestly thought it was Royal panda as I've never known a casino ask for documents before you have made a withdraw
So I just responded I'm self excluded I don't have an account
I then decided Friday afternoon to have another go on netbet
Deposited lots of times no luck
However on my last few goes o got lucky and won 1000
So I withdrew it
I've know it's standard to send docs so that's what I did
Got mail back from netbet saying thanks for docs they were uploaded successfully
Sat afternoon I cancelled withdraw had a few games
Lost 200 so withdraw 800 on last few pound I managed to get winnings to 300
Then out of blue I get email saying my account is closed due to email I sent ?
I thought eh ?
Looked at sent and realised I had emailed netbet about being self excluded
I quickly mailed back and explained this
Since this my account has not been opened I've called over 10 times left on phone an hour each time no answer then cut off
Sent over 15 emails
No reply
I get why they did this but Bit none will answer me I have not self excluded they can see this
Please any help would be appreciated as I'm getting no where
