Mr Vegas deposit not registered

Any MrVegas reps here?

I made a $100 CAD deposit on August 31st, however it hasn't been credited to my account as of today Sept 5th. Additionally, no communication from Gigadat.

I've supplied LiveChat with all times and screenshots but would appreciate an update.
