Misc Correction Mr Green Cashout Times / Pending

Wasn't sure about where to put this, but I just noticed that Mr Green is now taking 1€ of every withdrawal. Just wanted to give you a heads-up! :)
Is that a bank wire or a payout to a card? because i withdrew last night at MrGreen to Neteller and got the full amount:)

Mr. Green is reviewed at Casinomeister.
I know that this is an old thread, but I made my first withdrawal at Mr Greens last night, only £110 and it was still pending this morning, reversed and played a bit with it and withdrew £160 and checked with CS as to how long it takes for withdrawals and they told me it will be 48 hours before it goes to finance for review, so its definitely not a site for fast withdrawals - and I have to also point out that my account is verified so its not a case of waiting for verification.

They've given you the info for non-verified accounts there.
Verified accounts - the majority are under 90 minutes, first one may take a bit longer.
Non-verified usually 24-48 hours to sort all the docs out with you etc.

Do me a favour, drop me your email or username by PM and I can use that to make sure the agent is properly trained.
I'll bung you a bonus for helping us out of course.
Cheers!

I said this in a thread a month ago:
Decided to give Mr Green the benefit of the doubt and played for a while this last week.Made a £640 withdrawal at 03.34 this morning and at 1230pm with it still pending and reversible decided to give them a ring just to see what was happening.
Firstly their customer rep informed me that they required photo id etc.Having given this already over a week ago and becoming 'Mr Green ' verified this came as quite a surprise. After a few minutes on the phone the rep then clarified that yes they did actually have all that but regardless withdrawals to ewallets would be pending for 24hrs after which they would hopefully be paid within a few hours.
I put him over this quite a few times and he is adamant that the quickest withdrawal you can expect is minimum 25hrs (24+1).This is not what was expected or promised in this thread by Andy. There are no 'variables' at play here that I can see, the rep here is quoting one thing and when I at least actually go to make a withdrawal and query the timescale I am told something completely different.
I don't care if it is 24,48hrs or once a month as long as I know that in advance and can make an informed decision. What I completely object to is the lack of clarity on this issue.I'm not even that bothered if it's a case of 'we're having a few issues your withdrawal is delayed etc etc' but to be told when you ask that the timescale is not and never was what has been promoted on this forum I have a problem.
When Andy gets back from his leave perhaps he can state the Company Policy on this once and for all.

I've actually played a bit on Mr Green since and have found them to be quite quick most of the time and even drop in a bonus or two.But it's still this lack of clarity thats annoying.CS say one thing, T+c's say another and Andy has a different view.If they could just tidy this up once and for all it would be helpful (My experience has been the 1st couple of withdrawals take a while, all withdrawals are reversible until paid and after the first few you get your money fairly quickly).
Only negative point i have with Mr Green is this lack of consistency and not being able to state exactly what policy is and keep to it.Here's their email to me on 1st April 2015:
Dear XXXXX,

Thank you for your email.

Please feel free to contact Andy at any time of your liking if you have any specific questions, However, I will list the standard procedure for you below:

-----
Once a withdrawal is made, it would take up to 24 hours to be reviewed by our payments and fraud department.

If all is approved, your funds will be available in your account between 1-3 banking days depending on the speed of your bank.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again. Thank you for contacting Mr Green customer service and I wish you a very nice day.

Kind regards,
Kevin

Just a head up here once verified they are indeed very quick with payouts :) just withdrew there 30 minutes ago
already been paid to my Neteller account.

Andy just asked Dan to process or flush my withdrawal. He said it would take 24 hours, and I told him about it being written here as 90 minutes, his reply was
"I can guarantee you Susan that it does take 24 hours for a payment to process. Sometimes this can be quicker however more often than not it is a maximum of 24 hours."

I guarantee it takes 24 hours.
Sometimes it can be quicker.
It's a maximum of 24 hours.

I'm struggling to make sense of that myself :) I guarantee it takes 24, although it's usually less, so how can he guarantee 24 hours

I checked. it took 40 minutes

I think we have a bit more education to do...
Thanks Susan.

After 5hrs

Well I requested a withdrawal last week, after 5hrs I reversed it and played it back like a real " chop Norris" I'll stick with videoslots and Guts where I normally receive it within 30min to 1hr

I know this is old but....... whilst Green has previously processed my withdrawals to Paypall or Skrill by the time I awake the next morning. Today I find myself at almost 36 hours of a pending and still reversible £3000.

Contacted support via chat and was told because of the amount it could take 72 hours to approve and but then I may need to re-verify as my verification was done sometime ago now.

1 - £3000 is not that big a win to be verified and was an accumulation of wins, not a one spin win. Videoslots would have this in my Skrill account in 20 mins. Ladbrokes usually by next morning, even 32Red with the removed flush and 24 hours pending would be quicker than this.

2 - On the 6th August I deposited and smashed £1500 at Mr Green on Monopoly Big Event in, wait for it, 59mins, no re-verification was needed to take that from my account was it.

The Mr Green platform is second to none, so to have this kind of hold up in this day an age is a joke. It's all automated anyway. How can Mr Green provide such a great playing experience and then piss their customers off with the old taboo of not paying out in a reasonable timeframe.

I'd love to see a legit survey on what customers would like to see (from any casino)

a - an amazing mobile platform that let's you play anywhere in the world 24/7

b - an amazing withdrawal process that will reach your account within the hour, any day, any time.

Rant over

The funds reached my Skrill account at 11:07am - 24 minutes after my whining post on here. No re-verification needed either.

I'm not sure if this was down the Mr Green Rep on here, but if it was, 'thank you'.

5 hours pending time ?????

Yeah right.

I waited well over 24 hours for a payment, was then told to reverse and change withdrawal method.
Another 24 hours later, it's still pending.

CS say I should just be patient

Yeah Mr. Green cashout times are so inconsistent it's a joke. I haven't played there for a long time because of this. I was a fully verified member. Casinomeister states wrong withdrawals times there for such a long time and i did challenge this before as well that .... But although i was verified and used E-Wallets i always waiteid like 24 hours or longer, and i know many friends who always have the exact same issue.... It's a joke. There are so many casinos who will pay in minutes, i would just ignore them, it's not worth it.

Pending withdrawal timeframe

My name is Michael and I'm the current Mr Green representative here on Casinomeister.

First of all I would like to thank both of you for your feedback and i would like to extend to you both our most sincere apologies regarding the withdrawal time.

We take security seriously and for this reason all withdrawals are being processed manually by our payments team. Our payments team works hard to process all pending withdrawals as quickly as possible. The processing time differs from account to account and withdrawal to withdrawal depending of factors like the size of the actual withdrawal, the payment method used and the total amount of withdrawals requested at the time.

If an account is already verified we aim to review the withdrawal within 48 hours. I do suggest to have a look on our FAQ page to find relevant information on our current withdrawal processing times.

Feel free to contact our customer support via email or visit our site to have a chat with one of our service specialists, we are more than happy to assist you further and provide you with more information in regards to the withdrawal pending times.

Stay classy!

Welcome

You guys would be classy IF you didn't delay withdrawals. I used to play at Mr Green but since you dragged your feet heavily on my last withdrawal and your reps couldn't be arsed to reply in a decent or timely manner - you have been binned.

Sorry - you guys lost the plot and coupled with your terrible offers, everytime i see an email from you, i delete it.

P.S - Contact admin here to make you the official rep.

I revisited some of my posts on this thread and see that way back in 2014 I was getting paid in about 30mins.

But then again Andy was the Casino Manager there and he is someone who took pride in what he did. He NEVER had issues when we asked for help and would reply within the hour.

I had a massive win of 40k at Mr. Green and as a direct result of their poor VIP Services I barely played there again. They were basically threatening me with VIP status and if I didn't deposit they would revoke it!!!!

Sadly Andy had JUST left at the time. Knowing someone else from the Casino, I decided to start with smallish deposits again and lo and behold, my cashout was delayed over 3 days.

In any event, it is what it is. They surely know how to piss players off!!!

Crikey! Are you taking lessons from 32Red? Like Nate I had you as a fast paying casino but it seems that has fallen by the wayside. Over 2 days is unacceptable nowadays, that's getting into Cassava/888 territory. just one big question - WHY???????

Because mate - Just like 32Red they do NOT have the integrity to play fair. Spin it which way you want, the fact that they are reliable etc etc... It all comes down to you reversing and them profiting. Nuff said!

i take some issue with that statement, but perhaps \you were treated poorly by them? I can't i say have. In fact the only thing that 32Red never lost was their integrity..Whatever the case may be, i assume it will be a thing from the past soon anyway, as they were taken over by the Kindred group, so you can expect the new Games platform, and speedy cash-outs soon enough!

Fair enough - many will take exception to that statement. Sorry, in my eyes, the whole pending period / SE / Responsible gaming scenario was enough for me to make up my mind on that. Being irresponsible to players for the sake of reversals and making money is not fair nor does it give you nobility in this industry.

I do not want to cloud this thread with a 32Red issue nor do i wish to sound like I would like to divert from my statement - We are welcome to debate it in a separate thread if you so wish.

It's ok my friend, you know i respect your opinion, i'm just saying i feel differently re: 32Red - but what's in a word (integrity), or how we perceive it's meaning anyway?
Totally agree on most of what you say on various topics...

Sorry, I agree - ANY site that deliberately obstructs and delays the withdrawal process solely to claw back 25-30% of pending withdrawals is encouraging irresponsible gambling and that IMO does affect their integrity, even if that lack of integrity is masked or obfuscated by other 'cleaner' facets of their operations. Most casinos are moving way from this crap but some are swimming against the tide - hopefully this will be tackled by the regulators eventually, so like deposits "all withdrawals shall be final"....
