I expect that by "a good outcome" you mean a faster rate of payments. Unfortunately that is not going to be an easy thing to accomplish: the casino locks its rate-of-pay to the player's activity -- obviously meaning your deposits -- and you are (presumably) at the bottom of the ladder. Since that's something you agreed to when you signed on and accepted the Terms getting that changed for you would be entirely up to their discretion and they are not known for being overly responsive to personal appeals, or any appeals for that matter.
They used to have a very active and helpful rep here on the forums but that was some time ago and that's not been the case in recent years.
I think dunover and I are pretty much on the same page: the best you can realistically hope for here is that they pay you as they've said they would and they continue to do so for the duration. Of course you are going to have to act in your own interests
by not touching your balance until you have been paid in full. Clearly their system is designed to "encourage" you to play back some or all of your winnings and if you do so you're screwed. The best advice anyone can offer you has already been given: take the 500/week, consider it as payment for your continuing self-discipline in leaving the balance alone, and be happy knowing that most of us would love to be in your shoes.
If they don't fulfil their obligations, meaning something goes sour and they stop paying you, then by all means please do check out our
Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ and consider filing a complaint. Winward tends to be very aloof when it comes to player complaints but they have gone to some effort over the years to stay off the blacklists. If it helps none of the casinos in their group -- Blacknote Entertainment Group which appears to include Winward, Casino Moons, Slots Village, Go Casino Club and Rich Casino -- have had complaints here at Casinomeister over the past year or so. That is never a coincidence and should, if I may hazard an educated guess, bode well for you and your continued weekly payments.
