The OP and another member asked the poster in question if they were subject to the $5000/week rule back in November - which they didn't reply to. The thread gets bumped after six weeks of inactivity and they're posting within hours to remind everyone how great things are.

Reputations are as much about what happens when something goes wrong - and the OP has had an awful experience here, so much so that the accreditation at CM was suspended.

We've seen operators and providers alike try to shill in the past - and in most cases got caught doing so - so it's certainly not our first rodeo. Naturally that may not be the case here, but your first post in 3 months (and third lifetime) being exactly the same as the previous one doesn't bode well.

While this is largely true the fact that a casino has a UK licence at least allows some form of redress even if it's a slog through the judicial system. If hit this kind of cash at an unlicenced UK casino they can pretty much just ignore you and close your account without a worry.

Agreed, but the fact still remains that if u hit a decent win, rather than celebrating, ur sweating if you'll get paid, no matter which site ur playing on.

For a win of that magnitude there seems to be very little interaction. Why isn't a VIP manager directly getting in touch with you via email or phone? You should have a point of contact that gets back to you within a couple of hours.

Yes this happened me many years ago after a massive win on Boykesportd Casino. The bonus just kept bonusing I took several screenshots and called customer service immediately and they confirmed my win. I was absolutely thrilled! Like this has NEVER happened to me! Then the following day I went in to check on withdrawal and my account was locked. I immediately thought something fishy here. So I emailed the higher ups in the Casino (Google was my friend back then!) and I emailed them the story and showed the screenshots and asked how could they have congratulated and confirmed it was already on its way to my bank and now suddenly have me suspended not knowing what's happening.
A few back and forth emails and ended up at the big boss on a phonecall who was HAGGLING with me. Saying there was actually a glitch that caused it and the game had been taken down but they would still uphold partial of my winnings "what number so you have in mind?" I blurted out exactly 3/4s. .he said "ok" and apologised for the locked account as they were checking the big win, when he called me and said the "name a number and I will see what I can do"
He was nice though and with my answer funnily enough the money was in my bank account three days later!

I didnt know how to suddenly have more money than I would make in a few years If I saved every cent though from what my income is normally get to cover bills etc - all for one year, spending none of my income at all. Id have had six times less than my weekly wage. So it was decent outcome and they were actually very professional about it. It was management of BSp that sorted it with me via negotiation and because I saw no glitch (clearly!) If wasn't my fault their slot was low volatile and high wins that evening!
Anyway the money brought fuck all happiness but it did grant us summer holidays abroad and decent concert tickets for two concerts, plus flights and accomodation so I did some cool stuff and gave large donations to other families trying to raise funds to have their child with cerebral palsy get the same benefit my girl got with taking her to St Louis Children's Hospital Missouri for Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (cuts the sensory nerves in the spinal cord that causes spasticity or/and pain and then the brain forms new pathways through intensive physio and exercise.
Now she struts with her crutches into the town and around the town and home again like a champion. No sore or calloused hands or aching forearms from using them either, ever, in now 10 years total . Ner crutches they're like an attachment she quickly adapted to! Glad I did it and the win was why I was also able to bring her back for her return check up because being our first time hearing about the surgery and the first from this country to go regardless of government health trying to stop us - we totally underfundraised by miles.
Should have fundraised for home adaptions rather than waiting for the local council to ever renovate the nightmare they moved us into..7 years still waiting for such basic things like a bath and shower combo in the main bathroom a normal height toilet and flooring done properly, a replacement to the 80s immersion fed shower in my bedroom, windows replaced where needs, new heating system, the garage converted to a room as was oringally promised 8 years ago and on and on it goes

I'm curious what ended up with Slotos accreditation after this issue. I am currently dealing with a withdrawal issue with them myself (I received an email stating "During a review of your account, it was noticed that your recent activity is coming from a different location other than what is registered on file.")

I make it a point to only play at Casinomeister accredited casinos so I wanted to know if their status has changed.

I did not realize they were "not recommmended" by Casino Meister until just now. I usually check here before signing up and making a deposit at any casino. Unfortunately I skipped that step when signing up at Slotocash. A few minutes after I deposited my account was locked. I emailed and got no response then I went to live chat and was told " account was flagged as not authorized" and the chat ended. Do you think they will refund my deposit? lol

I've hit the Let ‘em Ride progressive jackpot 2 weeks ago March 8th 2024 for $143k CDS sent me an email confirming my jackpot win. I also sent the casino my verification documents and the casino approved my documents last week. I’m still waiting on verification from CDS Spinlogic. I just logged into my online casino backoffice and I see there is $9,000 in my account. Does the casino release progressive jackpot winnings in installments in to casino account? I spoke to chat support and asked them about when I should be receiving my jackpot winnings and they told me that it’s still under review. But I’m waiting on them to reply on why $9k was released this morning in my account.

Yeah, that's a good question. We have seen other players being paid in instalments and since they, like you, were US-based then maybe yes, it could be the same situation for you. Hopefully Support will get back to you with an explanation.
