Sorry but I find the professional claim a little hard to swallow... I also use this stuff on a professional basis and whilst its not OBVIOUSLY photoshopped that doesnt really mean anything. To say it would require 'extraordinary talent' to create a graphic like this is garbage, I could do it in 2-3 minutes at the most by fastening together the left side of a picture of the first two reels and the right side of the latter three. I mean you literally only need to spend time getting the division at the correct pixel at the edge of the second reel, then paste in the second screen, invert the selection, cut, copy, paste, save.
I also think its entirely possible there was some kind of glitch that meant the first couple of reels 'stuck' ... and Lucas first reply could also be telling but not because he simply couldn't find the correct balance as he went on to state - what if the fact bonus funds were added at that specific balance is significant maybe? Could that have caused a momentary glitch?
The NYX software didnt show the user a scatter which is not really there, thats for sure - its two seperate spins on the server, that much is for sure. So the problem is homerbert you say you dont really care what they see there, but what they see there is actually correct, the error on your device could be down to the device somehow and not the casino software or the game, so its not really fair to see, if i trigger freespins, please start it for me.. because by the looks of it he didnt trigger freespins.
Its going to be a difficult one to sort out - is the onus on Johnny to prove he didnt edit the image? Or on the casino to prove there was no glitch? .. One things for sure, demanding a figure like $1000 if it is infact just a display glitch is probably a tad optimistic.
