We have gone through the op’s case and we have checked all spins he has made on merlin’s millions, and no spin record matches his screenshot. We have however found 2 separate completed spins that combined match his screenshot.

Lucas can you confirm if the two spins are consecutive? If so I think that adds a little weight to the theory of a display glitch has caught the OP out here, though he does state that he watched all five reels spin and the scatters drop in.

I suggest y'all stop trying to prove I am a liar or whatever and get to the truth.

i believe dunover has just nailed it. i believe that the op really did see the 3 orbs and i also believe that lucas provide true and acurrate documents of the play history.

a similiar situation has happen to me not to long ago, actually happened a few times. i was play paigow. i clearly had the winning hand but the system indicated ive lost.i quickly took screen shot. what i found out is that due to a glitch or lagging.. my previous hand didnt completely clear off, so the next hand , some card were overlapped. my play history shows and indicates i had the losing but my screenshot clearly shows i had the winning hand. my point is i believe both side. but its seems that both side are closeminded, not willing to have an openmind for other possiblities

What exact device are you using? I use an iPad Air on Wifi and 4G. I don't get it spinning constantly on mine. Just from the time of pressing spin to the spin completion. It only spins constantly if there is a problem.

The OP may well be partly correct, as the slot played on his device is most probably a Flash player video created by the reel stop data coming in from the server, which is essentially what a Youtube video is.

Such a weird scenario. First I have seen Johnnys posts elsewhere. I do not belong to the other forum so I just watch. I see the OP always posting large screenshots. He is a bit of a "show off", seems to really like the attention. From his other posts on the other forum I can see he is definitely not very savvy in handling problems. He shoots off like a loose cannon and is not diplomatic at all in trying to get the issues resolved, which obviously does not help.

With this being said, to me the picture looks genuine. The OP does show some large bets and screenshots. I cant see him going through all this on a $5 bet if the pic wasn't genuine. I think the guy is so focused, pissed off, and hell bent on the principle of the matter. We have all been in a scenario where we know we are right and want to see the proper outcome.

Now on to the casinos side, of course the casino isn't cheating and they have the actual layout of the screenshot. But whats the only defense? The screenshot is photo shopped. Although it could be an option I don't think its logical with the Pic I have seen and with the OP's history I have seen. He is correct in saying that they have been investigating the screenshot and concur it looks genuine, but they are investigating it with another source at the time.

So where does that leave us? Could there actually be a glitch that the casino hasn't recognized? It wouldn't be the first time we have seen something like this. I just recall a player swearing they have hit a jackpot on santastic and for days the casino said its not possible. After a lengthy investigation with the software company they found it was an error and then had to go back and check on all people who may have hit that and not been awarded. Errors can happen and of course that wouldn't mean the casino or software are bad it just means it needs to be fixed.

@Johnny-- you have been given option to PAB, but you already have someone investigating it on your behalf at the other forum. They locked the thread and said would reopen when they have information. You have been active in that community and initiated the complaint there. Out of respect for the people trying to help you, you really shouldn't be coming here just to come stir some shit. If you look at the time stamp on the screenies Lucas posted it shows they're about 4 seconds apart if I'm reading it right.

Bonus was my fault and I apologized to them. I fell for the scam and it was my fault. I still deposited after the fact. It was my fault for not being careful.

The videos thing is ridiculous. I agree. It was meant more as sarcasm than anything else.

The non paying orbs and the fact they called me a liar is the issue.
