HUGE NEW CLICK2PAY PROBLEM

Yes I have the same Problem.
I am in Germany and the withdrawal option in the menue bar is no longer available.

So now I have funds in my C2P-account but I can not withdraw because it is less than 1500.

So what to do next? I don't know, may be waiting until C2P solved the problem. Or should I deposit to a casino and then withdraw without playing with another method?

I am a non US member of Click2pay, I requested a withdrawal to the debit card last friday. I went to the ATM to withdraw the money but the ATM says "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS". It seems they haven't transfered the funds to my debit card yet :(
But I am not worried for the money because Click2Pay seems to be backed by German bank WireCard

WHAT INFORMATION DOES C2P NEED TO PROCESS WITHDRAWAL OVER 1500.00

one of the posts says click2pay needs a IBAN and swift number.

Whats that? Dont they just need you bank account number and routing number to process eft/ach to you bank account. That is all they needed before.

Are they sending them as an EFT/ACH or by some other method?

Anyone had one processed by them yet?

apology to MS. hanson

Ms. hanson,

I have written you a private apology, but I feel that everybody should see that I have apologized to you as well. I was angry when I wrote that post, plus, your casino did leave me the impression that I could deposit thru click2pay, and withdrawel another. Maybe it was a miscommucation, but I nonetheless, should not have posted anything negative about you or your casino!!

I, like everybody else have been extremely angry over this situation. I hope you accept my apology, and hope to be able to play at your casino again.

again, please accept my apology,
eduuns

What is the BIC/SWIFT Code?

BIC meant "bank Identifier code" and is well-known also as BIC/SWIFT code. This code is a kind international bank code number and serves the world-wide clear identification of credit institutes. The BIC/SWIFT code is 8 or 11-digit.

What means "IBAN"?

IBAN is the abbreviation for "internationally bank account NUMBER", on German "international bank account number". It contains all necessary data to identify over a bank account in foreign payment transactions clearly and guarantees with the fact that your money achieves its goal reliably.

At this Moment, we have one german Customer, where he try to withdraw his Amount under 1,500 minimum, but until now, i also don't know whether it's solved.

We, the german Customers, have exactly the same information like you, better to say: no Information

SPOKE WITH CLICK2PAY RE: WITHDRAWAL

Support told me that they are infact processing transactions that are over 1500 but they need the swift code and iban number. I phoned bank CS and they provided me with the two number with no problem. They said these numbers are needed for WIRE TRANSFERS.

I can not believe that a WIRE TRANSFER can get through but and EFT/ACH can not. WIRE TRANSFER is the very thing the OLD OLD U.S. law bans. My bank can not identify EFT/ACH non credit card transactions that are gambling related, I believe the process is getting screwed up at the ACH.

I am concerned that the transaction is going to be processed to my account from a source coded as a foreign bank. They use to come in as Click2pay.

This is alittle scary.

Anyone have banking expertise in this area

Routing number is the IBAN. SWIFT is an 8-letter bank code. Either one should be sufficient.

EFT/ACH still needs the IBAN/routing number.

IBAN is a unique idetifier of the bank account, it includes the country, name of the bank, sort code and account number.

The U.S. does not participate in IBAN. My bank told me that when asked for the IBAN to provide the routing number. My routing number along with the SWIFT code should be sufficient to receive an international wire transfer. This was confirmed with Click2Pay support, which also said that the payment to my bank will be by WIRE TRANSFER not ACH.

What I want know is why the withdrawl limit of 1500 and above? This wasnt in our terms and conditions when we signed up. I certainly never have 1500 in click....more like 50.....With this kind of condition it has got to be an indicator of a future shut down, trying to clear our accounts (big boys first) before action being taken. If this is not the case...why the restriction. Why not just contact us and say...your transactions no longer suit clicks new rules and regulations, we are closing your account. I dont get it. If this question is on another link..please excuse.

I think what they are doing is sort of like you're talking about, BUT:

I think they're getting rid of people with large balances, and then will shut down altogether. Once they shutdown, they're going to run off with what is left in people's accounts.

Why? If you've got $1500+ in your account, then you're more likely to make a fuss and take it to court. They're figuring anyone that has less money will just "grin and bear it".

They are slow, but you can move click2pay money to Pitbull Poker and out through Epass. Also Absolute poker is the same. You'll probably need to play.

I am from Germany - I had 300 Euro in my Account and I tried to withdraw.
I wrote an email, but nothing happened. So I called the support yesterday.

The man at the telephone said, the best is to deposit your money again and then withdraw your money with another method. So I deposit all to differnt casinos. Because the support doesn't know how long it will take until the withdraw button is back.

For me now - i will not further withdraw from any Casino with Click2Pay.

They still haven't transfered my withdrawal to the debit card and they have also removed the debit card link from the home page:mad:

You are by no means alone. It has been over 7 days now and no money in the debit card has appeared. The money has simply vanished from my account (and the account of a friend located overseas).

The original explanations from Click 2 Pay were a system fault. These were repeated lies. They refuse to respond to emails period.

This is a most disgreaceful performance. If there were genuine cash-flow difficulties precipated by the USA pull-out then an explanation to the affect to account holders would be both appreciated and appropriate. Teling lies reveals a more sinister objective.

I further understand Intercasino are no longer accepting C2P deposits cutting off one possible exit strategy for those left with funds with these pirates.

Come on Casinomeister - you are on the ground there in Germany just WTF is happening there? Your silence is deafening about this whole issue that has been brewing for some time now.
