My Experience from today is that this Casino is not for Germans. Lots of slots we are not allowed to play, and they do not have many slots....
The term regarding 'WR only applies to bonus money' is pretty obvious; a balance containing bonus money or entirely consisting of bonus money is subject to WR unlike any cash-only balances/deposits.
The fact that you have 197 quid of WR showing on a zero balance is frankly ridiculous and if CS is correct and it can't be removed then that's 'sticky bonus' rogue territory. You say it goes automatically upon next deposit but the player doesn't realize that if it's not in the terms and would be put-off re-depositing.
I believe that in the accreditation criteria there has to be a facility for casinos to remove bonuses when automatically credited (before play commences) if the player chooses to play cash only. Similarly I'd expect the same when a customer zeroes his account and requests a sticky bonus to disappear. Every casino I played at automatically nullifies a bonus once a w/d is made or balance reaches zero.
This needs looking at urgently by Dr. Vegas.
Just a little feedback. I never play with bonuses and didn't select any when I made my deposit. It came up with a £10 bonus so I asked on live chat for it to be removed. They told me their tech team would need to do it and it won't be today. Not a huge deal but they need a forfeit bonus option and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for this request to be carried out at other casinos.
I'll report back once I've had a play.
Unless you touch the bonus funds you are free to withdraw all winnings. It really is only a second chance bonus, once you've used the real money.
At least that's what it was recently, hopefully it hasn't changed. Just verify that with support, to be sure.
Thanks, I'll check that out with them. The bonus is still there and I've not heard anything from them since the 28th. Not great.
