Casinomeister - you were given false information by the previous management of Tropica and you use it against me instead of trying to help.

The flase information is celebrating here - no system was played although casino stated a system in Roulette. The documents were approved and also notarized.

Max promised to respond tothe pitch a bitch report. In the report he said I admitted my partner logged in to his Tropica account from my computer which is not true, I never had a partner and I never admitted that.

The pitch a bitch description also mentioned Casino accused me for having multiple accounts while I was never accused for such thing by the casino.

I will explain what exactly was there 2 years ago.

I made a deposit of 400 without a bonus in Tropica plaayed Roulette and cashed out 3800. I dont remember login in ever since just sending documents per their request to be paid.

I remember back then in noluckneeded forum players told me they are problematic and many players got robbed by them.

I have no problem with hearing the other side although it is rediculous and the money should have been paid right after they win, I was paid by all casinos so far without issues but when I hear lies and bullshit what left to say

Since these relate directly to the PAB I will comment on those:

1. true insofar as I can't find the statement from you back that up. I'm still pretty sure you said it but I should retract it until I have the proof at hand.
2. NOT true. You should check your notes on this, you told us about the multiple accounts thing in your original PAB and (FTR) it came up several times later as we discussed things with the casino.

You seem to be trying to rewrite the history of your case, perhaps in the hope that two years of dead silence from you on this will have erroded the record of your case sufficiently to be some advantage to you. I sincerely hope that doesn't come to pass.

This thread is all about going public, it is asking the public - what is your experience with Tropica good or bad and mine is very bad and it is even getting worse.

2 years I am not being paid and yes you didnt know about it, I dont blame you personally but how can you be surprised that after 2 year it goes public in a thread that ask the public what is your experience with Tropica

Forget about this "roulette system". The Meister will kick this into touch as a valid casino excuse for non payment. It's bullshit, there is no such thing as a Roulette system. The real issue is the VPN and multiple accounts, along with what looks like you having changed your story from 2 years ago. If a partner you don't have merely logged in to their own account when visiting, this shouldn't be a problem. What WOULD be a problem is someone REGISTERING a new account from your computer and internet connection.

What is needed is an explanation for your country hopping as seen by IP address changes that does not involve you using a VPN, as you have denied this. With dynamic IP assignment, you should only "hop" relatively locally in most cases as your provider will be using a localised bundle of IP addresses to service your area. Mine does the same, but I will "hop" locally, and will appear to be in Reading UK, which is where their local node is that services my town with dynamic IP addresses.

If you were using a VPN, it would be better to admit it and explain why.

You wont find anything dont waste your time because there is simply no such record, please change it from the outcome of the pitch a bitch because really I have no partner and nobody except me logged in to Tropica.

I showed all I have and showed I speak only the truth and the facts Max wrote in reports.

I ask for Tropica to pay what they owe me, they owe me money.

Tropica can show here the logfile to show no system was involved.

Tropica can show no bonus money was played but only my deposit.

Tropica can show their records of IP, I assure you all the ip they speak about if any comes from Germany, no travelling and nothing even close to that

Tropica and Rival can confirm no other people with their user name in Tropica logged in - they never claimed that it is only max in his report by mistake

Tropica casino try to be accredited , maybe they changed with the new manager and it was a decision of the previous manager.

I am not the only one who was robbed by them 2 years ago

Here's a problem, until Rival man-up and actually have a representative on the forums, or actually be contactable in some way, their arbitrary and often unfair back end decisions will continue.

Instead they shy away from the public, creating the perception of a company who thinks of themselves above the peasants that actually line their pockets.

A Rival casino might intercede on your behalf, but none of them have the juice to actually change anything or rock the boat with their fearsome overlords.

This isn't the first time a player has been treated poorly, based on the security systems of Rivals back end. Always the same, a host of unsubstantiated accusations backed up with no evidence. It always boils down to 'oh, actually it's because Rival said so'.

Until Rival make themselves available to scrutiny to either the staff here or the public at large, all of their Casinos should be avoided. Think you are safe at Tropica? The rep is a great guy and will do his utmost no doubt. But the day you end up banned or have a huge withdrawal withheld by their back end system, you will be left in a void with no recourse. STILL to this day no one have ever explained the legality of the Rival back end system that shares your personal information with other Rival organizations and casinos you never signed up for.

The current Tropica manager has said he is going to dig around and see what can be retrieved from Rival. Max of course still has all the "paperwork" from 2 years ago. If the old Tropica management lied, they will be found out when the archive data comes back from Rival. If YOU lie, this will be found out when Max digs out his own archives from 2 years ago. If any two accounts of the same event from the same side differ substantially, then at least one has to be wrong, or a "lie". They could both be a lie, but they can't both be the truth.

i would not have stopped after the PAB 2 years ago. for €3800 i would have fought hard and long for my money
not go away then come back 2 years later when new owners are on board and think i can just get paid now when theya are BBF
so based on that me thinks there is something else to this story that we dont know about.

That`s it. He/she waited for more than two years to bring this old issue in public.

If I have a problem with a casino I would not give up (as seen last week with Uptown Aces) until I have an answer from Maxd or the casino.

All this chan111 " I lost my money 2 years ago" thread makes no sense to me. Maybe we will see his/her name here in red soon.
