Same here it’s been over 2months with bet365 playing casinomeister game and I’m out over 500$ plus the bonus spin ! It happened on 5 different times ! I have betid and screen recordings of all them and nothing is being done ! I feel bullied

This just happen and lost $285.04 from the bonus it never gave me even when I went back into game it didn’t leave off where I was and everything disappeared !

Also, there is a PAB underway on this so more posting here in the Forums is against the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures. Locking this thread until we get this under control.
