I have been playing poker and casino for many years now. My mom know this, and thats why she one day asked me, if we could make her an account, so she could play, when I come visit her. My mom is not anything near computer handy, so therefore I should help her making the account, and therefore she could only play, when I came to visit her. This is a lot, as she sit alone everyday, after her husband died a few years back. I did not see ANY problems in this. The account got created at her house, on her computer and on ALL of her information and documents. I was simply just helping her out! I picked BetPhoenix for her, because they seemed to have the best bonusses, and that was very important for my mom. I diddent see anything wrong in picking a non-danish casino, because she wouldent play anyway, unless I was home to visit her, so I could help her out. Her account have only been accessed from her computer and home, so how Nicolas can claim fraud is simply beyond me. There is NO fraud what so ever regarding my moms account at their casino!

The fact is, that it has taken 1 month for you to payout that money now - is that fair? Funny businessmethods to use. There is still missing $570, and it is beyond me, how you can think its fair, that they dont get paid in promised time. Also strange to have several processors to pay the money. No promises have been keept, and that you choose to pay all deposits back is not an excuse to take so much longer time! It is really fine, that your casino offer so big bonus, but maybe it was better to start putting focus on paying players in the promised timeframe? Maybe it was better to learn the guy at your casino, how to calculate correct wagerdemands, which there also constantly was problem with when my mom deposited! Maybe it was better to not overrule your own co-workers decisions after they have accepted extra documents and reopended the account!
You wanna clear your name? Lol, this is really one big joke. I wanna see that "proves" for multiple accounts, so I will post a PAB, even there is no need, as you so persistent say, that the rest of the money is on its way. Every "prove" you think you got, I will make sure to explain and put to the grown! Some day you will understand, that I just helped my mom out, like every other child would do for hers/his mom. There is nothing sneaky in this, which all the sended documents also proves!
